Sewing Leather

Our Story

Who We Are

It all started with the idea to make a simple glasses case out of leather. A mate of mine, we shall call him Baz, asked me to lasercut his design in leather.

So I did.... and the result was awesome. A simple soft leather case for him to put his glasses in. He was happy and so was I, I had a new business to build.

Next came the laptop sleeves. I had bought one a couple years ago that was way too big for my MacBook. So I decided to re-purpose it into the right size. So I called my friend Baz and he designed a new laptop sleeve for me. The finish was not great, the leather was not thoroughly tanned but painted, resulting in the heat from the laser burning the paint and leaving black marks around the cutting lines.

Onto plan "B", I resized the design to cut a smaller sleeve and this time it was perfect. I cut the leather upside down so no surface burn. My son is very happy with his new Macbook sleeve.

Now we offer over 25 products made from a selection full grain leather in 5 exciting colours (Black, Brown, Antique Tan, Oxblood and Burgundy) but we can still customise each piece to make them individual.
